Return Policy

6.1 You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days after receiving the product (right of withdrawal).
6.2 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing or by phone of your decision to withdraw from the agreement within the specified period.
6.3 After withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product to us. The cost of return shipping is at your expense, unless otherwise agreed.
6.4 The product must be returned in its original, undamaged, and unused condition, in the original packaging, including all accessories and packaging material.
6.5 In the case of a valid withdrawal, the amounts paid by you (excluding return shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days after we receive the returned product.
6.6 Customized products cannot be returned.
