Delivery and Delivery Times

5.2 Deliveries will be handled by us or by third-party partners.
5.3 We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns
6.1 You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
6.2 If you wish to exercise your right of return, you must notify us by phone within 14 days of receiving the products of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.
6.3 The products must be returned to us within 14 days after withdrawal, in undamaged and unused condition, in the original packaging, and including all accessories and packaging.
6.4 The cost of returning the products is at your expense, unless otherwise agreed.
6.5 Custom-made products cannot be returned.

Warranty and Liability
7.1 We provide a warranty on the products we sell, in accordance with the legal warranty terms.
7.2 The warranty covers defects that are not caused by improper use of the products.
7.3 Our liability is limited to the value of the product, and we are not liable for consequential damages.
